- Sift the flour with the salt, place it in a bowl, add the butter and take with your hands, mixing well until you get a fine wet sandy texture.

- Add the orange juice, the egg and water as needed; knead until you get a very silky dough.

- Wrap it in film or place in a plastic bag. let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

- Next, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, sprinkling the work surface with flour as need it to prevent sticking. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a small plate.

- Stack-up with partchment paper as separator in between each disc or use immediately.
