Fresh beans soup

Ingredientes
  

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups fresh beans pinto, cranberry or kidney beans
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 5 units green onions
  • 2 trozos squash
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Queso fresco shredded
  • 5 tbsp rice or spaguetti

Method
 

  1. Chop all the veggies into friendly little pieces and toss them into the hot oil. Let them sizzle, stir with enthusiasm, and add salt to taste—like you’re seasoning a good gossip session.
  2. Add the fresh beans and pour in the broth or hot water, letting everything mingle like old friends catching up in a warm kitchen.
  3. Cover the pot and let everything bubble away until the beans turn soft and tender—like they finally decided to relax and stop being stubborn
  4. Add the rice and let everything keep bubbling for about 15 minutes, or until the grains are perfectly cooked—soft, fluffy, and ready to join the party in the pot.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat, then stir in the milk and the crumbled cheese, letting everything melt together into pure comfort. Serve it up and enjoy the magic you just created.

Añadir el caldo o agua caliente según la necesidad, hasta que todo quede blanco, pero ten en cuenta que el preparador debe ser un poco espeso.
